I've been using stickwikis for my internal notes
since I read about them in a linux mag
www.stickwiki.com (is my link to them)
but as I havnt half a year spare to decipher the javascript
I worry if something goes wrong I wont be able to recover my data
so I've been looking for some way to keep lots of notes
with hyperlinks to others on my hard disk like
[file:///D:/hatfield-d/hatfieldw/hatfield-gwiki.htm]

The best I've come up with so far is NVU
http://www.nvu.com/
which is opensource and trisexual (mac winxp ubuntu)
and I can rightclick a link and jump there in another window
as well as easily adding text,
so maybe that's how i'll go
(except it wont interpret the javascript in the stikcwikis
which iv built up over the past years)

i wonder if theres a better solution...
